the last few days have been interesting...literally down one day and up the next. saturday my stupid arse got lost in a haze of desolation (i still don't know quite where that came from) and for the life of me couldn't get out the door of my own accord. sunday was all good because i did get my bum up and about -- satisfyingly enjoying time spent outside on my own. monday, ugh, parking kicked my ass, even if i did finally read all of harry pooter #5. today, well, i just had a relaxing lunch with bill. dunno, the lunch has lifted the attitude somewhat and i felt like talking about the last few days here, for no particular reason.

i do wish i'd stop sinking low though, even if it's for just a while.
