and, back to earth, it's wryly amusing that them movie folks would prefer to change the face of downtown l.a. to look like downtown new yuk, rather than actually filming on the east coast. i'm sure there are reasons i don't know about (budget, time schedule, etc) but it's funny all the same. as if the downtown folks here won't recognize the obviously l.a. buildin's. eh. on a completely whiny (n pointless) note, i'm bugged that they're warping all over my favorite building on seventh. i really don't wanna see kirsten dunst's face plastered on those windows. really, i don't.
