i like picking at my ears entirely too much. more than likely the recent super-sensitive hearing powers are due to the all the obsessive unplugging i've been doing whenever and wherever lately. it actually sorta hurts if water is running too fast outta the faucet. oops. though, on the other hand, i can somewhat more accurately distinguish which direction a vehicle is coming at me from without having to turn my head now. it's a bit weird though, not used to knowing stuff using my physical senses so much.
