i won't be buying no doubt's new album because it's not music i'd listen to day in and day out. but, i gotta admit, their new album is a really nice piece of work. the band's more than gwen glittering up every other appearance -- they actually work to create music that means something. every album they've created is them working with different styles, different techniques, different rhythms, different sounds. it's nice to know that there are some bands out there who do more than just play dress up.
