an extremely low day. root of it sprouted last evening i believe. just can't seem to chipper up about anything. to be even more depressing, there doesn't seem to be anything to chipper up about. it's always easier said than done to "forget things", to "stop thinking about it" and, well, other such easier said than done things. these extreme ups and downs are oh so draining.
